Activities at Protomatic

  This month Protomatic is highlighting an article published in " ManufactLINE" in Vol. 2
of Sept. 2009. This article summarizes all of the programs that Protomatic has undergone over
the last three years. These programs have energized and revitalized the capabilities of the
company. This was done by adding AS9100 and ISO-13485 compliance as well as, "Lean Business",
"Activity Based Costing", continual improvement process that reduced "Scrap cost" and significantly
reduced future scrap. This has created an ability to create a successful sales "Diversification"
program to support the needs of our customer base.
