Inspection Resources

Protomatic offers full inspection services with CMM capabilities on all of your dimensionally critical parts. Consistency is ensured with climate and dust-controlled manufacturing practices. Gauges are monitored using "Gauge Tracker" and are calibrated to NIST and/or ISO 10012. Our Protomatic inspection facility is used for in-house monitoring of manufactured goods as well as contract inspection projects. We are registered ISO 9001 and compliant with ISO 13485 and AS 9100.

Recently, Protomatic purchased a new piece of equipment that helps produce parts with the exacting tolerances that all of our customers require. The Micro Vu Spectra Comparator is a precision optical measurement device which produces bright images for projecting profiles, angles and threads. The comparator has quick interchangeable lenses ranging from 10X to 100X and is designed for small to medium-sized part inspection.
